My first visit, which was scheduled, I waiting in the apt room for two hours. Then finally seated after getting my x-rays done and waiting for the Dentist another 45min, until finally I left. And- I was still charged even though- I ever got to see anyone. My next visit which I was seen faster but they are always over booked. Once I was seen, the dentist came in asked me what I needed done. I said I need a tooth extracted, he took it out, but not one did I get an exam on my other teeth. Wow- then we made another apt to start the process of my bridge. That day- the dentist was seeing 4 other patients at the same time. He filed down my teeth and then his assistant made me a temporary which let me tell you- gave me headaches for days. I have another bridge in my mouth and when I had a temporary before it never bothered me. It has been almost 3 weeks now and I have left two messages to get my bridge on. thats exactly what your experience is like. oh and p.s. no one ever sat down with me to explain the cost of the procedure, I was handed a paper -invoice and that was it. dont do it.
