I went in to get an estimate for a crown replacement this past Friday and the front office told me it could be between $600-$1,400 depending on what is needed based on the exam, crown versus core buildup etc (my dentist charges $1,000 for the crown and $175 for core buildup, but was out of town Friday) so I figured at worst $225 more to get it taken care of that day at the high end but after paying $88 for the exam I'm then quoted $1,695 which is nearly $300 more than I was told prior to deciding to move forward with the exam which added an additional $88 and was just way to high. Had I been told the high end was $1,695 I would've never even done the exam to begin with so I'm requesting y'all please do me the courtesy of refunding the $88 please since I feel I was misinformed and would not have done the exam had I been told the correct potential pricing..
