5Had very terrible customer service from office manager. She talked demeaning and refused to accept that this office had incorrect phone information. They did not call me and I wasted time and money on coming to an appointment that did not exist on their books. I asked if I would be charged an office visit if I did the same thing? The office staff indicated, YES. So, I asked if there would be any credit to my account for their mistake. She strongly told me you would not get any credit back, nor will the Dr. even call you to discuss my frustration. It seems the office manager really needs to take communication courses if she is going to be dealing directly with the public. If the Dr. is not accessible to discuss concerns about his business or practice then I would think twice about using the South Austin location. I was a possible new patient with five other family members right behind me that are now looking for another office to do business with. Ernest Loera
