I try my best to let negative experiences slide instead of posting them as reviews because I get that everyone has a bad day. In this case, however, I can say with all integrity: Avoid this establishment. I originally called because I chipped a back molar chewing ice. I'm anemic and it's a nasty habit that finally took its toll. It happened a few days before we were set to go out of town for Thanksgiving, so I called around asking if anyone could get me in on short notice. After hearing the predicament, they obliged and stated they could fix it that day. "That day" ended up spreading over nine visits / three months (as stated, I called before Thanksgiving and my last appointment was on Valentine's Day), which I was held to because their policy mandated I pay the $2700 for the work up front. Now, over a year later, the teeth he "repaired" continue to cause me pain. Lastly, he set the permanent cap incorrectly, which made it necessary to shave the top down so much that the silver underneath lies exposed. More cosmetic than anything, but not typically something you have to worry about from someone who knows what they're doing. I was also informed that they do not utilize nitrous oxide / "laughing gas" in any of their procedures because it's "an old and outdated practice". Every dentist I've mentioned that to since has laughed and confirmed that it is still very much a prevalent tool used in dentistry. They are excellent at selling you what you want to hear; Not so much at delivering what they promise. Proceed with extreme caution before you shell out the big bucks to them.
