Office is always overbooked. Sign at the counter states to sign in and sit quietly in the waiting area. There are 12 chairs and usually 15-20 people left standing with the exit door continuously blocked posing a fire hazard. Don't try to stand outside because they won't come out to get you. When calling to schedule an appointment, you get sent to voice-mail and your call is never returned. Thank goodness only 2 office visits left and good riddance!
