Dr. asked if I will sign the quote very nice & friendly (he never explained the procedure or examined.) I told him that I was not interested in doing the implants. He asked why. I thought cost was outrageous. He said he will do a discount. Presented slightly lower estimate. I said I had the money in cash to pay the entire amount, that it wasn't a matter of not being able to pay, but of principle. He was visibly angry & no longer "nice". Disappointed at his reaction & transformation.
