It wasn't Dr. Oberoi's office problem... They had never heard of me! and I certainly "didn't have an appointment," as I would have assumed given all the reminders that your service sent me. Who is responsible to communicate with whom about appointments made on line? Why then did I waste my valuable time? Not only that, but in answer to one of your questions I stated that the purpose of the appointment was to have my teeth cleaned. Guess what? They don't do cleanings on first visits. They do however do x-rays (just not the ones that my insurance covers...) So far I'm not impressed.
