6Dr. Shrager's treatment plan amounted to an unbelievable amount of money. I disagreed with the need and the amount. His financial person, Christina, developed a payment plan I was not satisfied with. She proceeded to be very aggressive and harassing towards me and called me several times trying to get me to agree to the plan stating I could develop memory problems, heart and other physical problems if I didn't start treatment immediately. Office staff was rude, as was Christiana.

11My first visit I was not pleased as there was poor communication as I was not told the outcome of my first examination. The Kissimmee location has a HORRIBLE receptionist with a bad attitude. I overheard her talking disrespectfully with other paying customers as well. The next time I came in, however it made up for the bad experience I had. Dr. Eduardo Cortez was extremely insightful and let me know everything he was doing as he was doing it. Ivelisse treated me like I was her own daughter :)
