How Patients Feel
POSITIVEPatient Reviews
80Would recommend, but office was medium-level strange for my taste. I felt rushed and dismissed by the "coffee bar girls" and once I was I the chair, it was like they were trying too hard to make me feel comfortable (which actually did the opposite) and kind of swayed attention from my teeth and a specific issue/ purpose of checkup. After the visit, I mentioned to a friend who had been to the office recently and he made me feel like I was obnoxious for even considering an opinion other than neutral after receiving a clean bill of health. After about 2 weeks, I received a weird email from the Dr, which was bizarre and completely full of non-relevant information (I was a bit uneasy until I found out it was a mass communication prob written by his staff girls), anyway, I guess I am a stickler for a more traditional dental visit focusing on dental-relevant conversations...not how pretty my teeth are and how young I look...not that's bad, but I felt a little uneasy. Overall, they were a hip team of people, people!
