She “repaired” a crown that had cracked and got the size completely wrong. Any nondentist can see this with the naked eye: when I bite down, my molars only touch on one side—the side with the crown. It immediately caused disfiguration to my face. She just laughed it off. She referred me to a colleague to get an expensive new night guard, big expense, no effect on the disfiguration she caused. But I use because I have TMJ (and a badly repaired crown).
