7Let me start by saying Dr. Iancu\'s great; it\'s the office staff that\'s the issue. More specifically, the new \"office manager\", Wilma. Ever since the office is under new management, there has been issues. The first issue was the office billing me and my daughter\'s insurance for services that were never performed. When confronted Wilma & the staff about it, they claimed that they performed those services. The second one is charging $75 for broken appts, which was a big no-no by our insurance.
