2I called yesterday to make an appt. I was given today at 2pm, at about 11:15 i called to see if i could reschedule for tomorrow, the receptionist informs me that i have to pay $50 to canc an appt. I asked her why did she not tell me that when i made the appt...you would not believe her reply....' When you made the appt, i did not think that you would canc it, so i did not tell you'...i asked her if she knew now ridiculous she sounded? she became very defensive and rude, after she tells me i could have tomm 3:30pm i said ok, she just hung up the phone on me, it's a good thing she only makes appt's ,because if she talks and treats his patients in that manner and does not inform people of the policy b4 hand, i would not want her touching me. I don't understand why some people have such bad attitudes, when you are dealing with the public you have to have patience and a smile. If you can't then find something else to do. life is not promised for tomorrow, so let's live today like it's our last...SMILE
