I am very DISAPPOINTED with my completion of my treatment. I completed my Invisalign in May 2021. I had a terrible experience at the end. It wasn\'t at all what I experienced with my son\'s treatment (which was excellent). First I had to have them remove my permanent retainers the same day of having them put on. The tech used so much glue and either burned or hurt the top of my gum line where she added so much glue for the retainers. Then my top retainer had to be immediately replaced as it had a vertical crack in the very front starting from the top down. I thought it was ok because they immediately replaced that retainer. Well 4 months later my top retainer is doing the EXACT same thing. It is unfortunate because they won\'t replace my retainer. It is a flaw in their workmanship. Unfortunately there are little divots along where they filed and didn\'t make smooth which is causing the issues. I was told it was me and my fault.
