First question, do you want coffee or tea? Who wants coffee or tea right before you go see the dentist? Overpriced, all employees are wearing headsets monitoring your every move. Overpriced, not personable, and they are there to charge you for every single thing, even if you don't need it. Go elsewhere there are a lot more personable dental offices in the Austin area.

I am a long long time patient of 8118 Dental Professionals - and I couldn't recommend them with less than 5 stars EVER - in fact if you offered 100 stars, I would rate the 100. From quality of care in the outer office, dental care, hygienist care (spelling??), billing - have I forgotten anything? If you want FIRST RATE care, call the folks at 8118 Dental Professionals.

MR. Burana is an absolute rockstar, and a DREAMBOAT. Soft hands, sweet voice. Piercing eyes. But, on a serious note, a good doctor and very professional.
