Another bad dental experience. They sent me for a CT scan told me to bring the CD to them as it would be faster than waiting a week to get the scan. I did that end it still took 2 1/2 weeks to phone calls and an email saying I wanted to pursue help elsewhere because Dr. Bassili is not interested in helping me to get them to call me back. When they called back it was like nothing happened and there was no problem. There was no apologies for the delay and now I know I’m making the right decision to go elsewhere. These people are not interested in helping me thank goodness I’m not in a ton of pain but I have to get this done despite my fears and bad experiences.
