Dentist is nice. Needing a crown. Had the build up and impression done 5.9.15. Its the third impression later (6.13.15) and told me they will try to rush. Dentist called the next business day to tell me they would rush the permanent crown to be ready in 2 weeks and not the 3-4 weeks they say is the normal time. I, feeling unhappy and concerned with the quality of work, went to another dentist for a second opinion. I'll be going to another dentist for other another crowd needed.   If the crown comes in when they have me scheduled...it will be approx 8 weeks of waiting. The last impression made for the temporary crown, it took the assistant 3-4 tries. Finally, I have asked them numerous times...where is the crown being made. I get a different city, each time I ask. I will continue with this review after 6.29.15...if the crown does arrive. If they are truly, a dentist company of professionalism and good character, it will reflect on the outcome of this ordeal, if the crown does not come in at the scheduled time or it is not correct...I would expect a full refund that I paid towards the crown...a check at that day...just as I had to pay that 5.9.15...Approx $670.00 .Recommend...go elsewhere. Update. The crown they did fell out after being on a year. Oral surgeon stated that the dentist that put on this crown must not have gotten all the cavity. Never seen decay the fast to cause the tooth from having to be extracted. Now an implant is next. From reading the other reviews...yes this place can be nice, but once something doesn't go smoothly, you will see the true side of this ofiice...witches with a capital "B."
