Please save yourself from humalition and discrimination. I had an appointment today at 10 am. I called and ask if they can reschedule. The "assistant manager" told me i should have known better and i took someone elses spot blah blah. And hung up on me. I went to the office the same girl on the phone the " Manager" told me why did u come. She made me wait for an hour and after that she said she gave my appointment to someone else and the Dr can't see me and i can leave. My appointment was at 10 am i called around 9:15. I was at his office around 9:40 and with in 20 mins she got a call and boom new patient was standing in front of her. She never said she canceled my appointment and refuse to reschedule it and just hung up the phone. She humilited me in front of other people. I left his office crying..
An amazing experience. I went to this practice after my regular dentist recommended that I get an extraction and this practice found that nothing was required and that my teeth were in perfect condition. In addition to that, I felt for the fist time in a really long time that I wasn't asking too many questions..

This office is truly AMAZING!!! They exceeded my expectations on every level. My 5 year old is terrified of the dentist ( due to a bad experience, at a different office) and they made her feel so comfortable that she WANTS to go back. Everyone is compassionate, caring and loving. From the moment you call the office to the moment you leave you will encounter nothing but greatness! I am so grateful to have found such an awesome office. I live in Annandale, VA ( about a 30 minute drive) and I do not mind making that trip, that's how awesome this office is!!!
