WORST dentist I have ever been to in the course of 30 years of seeing dentists. Unprofessional and insulting, Dr. Levi told me I wasn\'t treated like a paying customer because I wasn\'t one; I have medicaid. This is by far the rudest man I have ever met, no exaggeration. He was unkind to my 5 year old daughter during her appointment. I feel that we were discriminated against and treated as less because of the insurance we have and will be filing a complaint with medicaid, Caresource, and the BBB.
