WORST dentist I have ever been to in the course of 30 years of seeing dentists. Unprofessional and insulting, Dr. Levi told me I wasn't treated like a paying customer because I wasn't one; I have medicaid. This is by far the rudest man I have ever met, no exaggeration. He was unkind to my 5 year old daughter during her appointment. I feel that we were discriminated against and treated as less because of the insurance we have and will be filing a complaint with medicaid, Caresource, and the BBB..
Did not introduce himself at first visit, no bedside manner..
Dr. Hamilton was very professional and personable. He has great bedside (er, chairside) manners and told me what he was doing through the procedure (teeth cleaning and reattaching a permanent retainer bracket). He also has a nice facility and everything about the appointment was a positive experience (disclaimer: I like going to the dentist, so maybe I'm just weird like that). I recommend Dr. Hamilton for people looking for a great family practitioner..

Heidi has been my dentist since I was very young, and to this day she still remembers personal information that I shared with her years ago! She makes the experience so great by actually having a real conversation rather than just small talk. Heidi and the others at Wilmington Dental Arts making going to the dentist a more enjoyable experience!.
Heidi is a wonderful dental hygienist! She is a very sweet person to talk to and always sensitive to my needs and concerns when cleaning my teeth. She is especially caring when working with children! I would recommend her to anyone!.
