Dr. Lister routinely leaves part of the treatment to one of his assistants. The entire office has incredibly poor communication skills, including Dr. Lister. Every time I go I find out something different about a tooth that I had not been told before. They re-cemented a crown on crooked and didn\'t tell me; I had to call the next day to be told the reason why it had to be that way. This is just one example.
