Dr. Lister routinely leaves part of the treatment to one of his assistants. The entire office has incredibly poor communication skills, including Dr. Lister. Every time I go I find out something different about a tooth that I had not been told before. They re-cemented a crown on crooked and didn't tell me; I had to call the next day to be told the reason why it had to be that way. This is just one example. Doesn't tell you everything that's happening, just expects you to blindly follow his advi.
