It’s been up and down, mostly good, But First the office is very smelly. Like perfume covering musty mold. I wonder if there is a leak. At first I thought it was another client, but it has happened several times, bad sour smell. Second the hygienists are all great. Gentle , thorough and friendly. As is Dr. Blank. Very professional and trustworthy. But there is a staff member who treated me poorly on the last visit, blaming me for a cracked tooth that had a 40 year old filling in it, on the fact I chose not to get routine X-ray. I had an X-ray of that tooth a few months prior and nothing could be seen. I said I had a X-ray, she said not for your routine exams. I said what does that have to do with this broken tooth? She hollered nothing! And strutted out. The dentist came in and filled my tooth and I felt not a thing. I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and was told I was dismissed from the practice with No reason given.
