Not so well....gave me a shot to numb a wisdom tooth, felt like he stuck the needle in my ear,,, when i told him that, he said surely it didn't hurt that bad,,he left the room and came back about 10 minutes later to see if i was numb, i had a knot on outside my jaw in front of ear about 1/2 the size of an egg,,, he grabbed an enswell tool like they use on boxers and started trying to rub the swelling down,,,kept saying he had never done that before. I ask him, if that's so, then why do you have an enswell ? All the time he was working on me, he continued to ask,,, did it really hurt bad,,hard to tell him with a drill in my mouth, just kept saying um-hun,,, after he finished and i was paying receptionist, he walked to the window and ask again, did it really hurt , and again ,i said yes,,, i went outside and got in truck with my wife, and here he came thru the parking lot, and ask again, did it hurt ? I said HELL YES, now do you understand ! Needless to say ,i found a new dentist.
Excellent dentist! My 12 year old son seen him and he is very kid friendly. He explains everything. Staff was awesome. Exam room are giant! .
Knowledgeable dentist that has served the dental needs of my children and me for 25 years. Started going to him when I lived in Muskego and have continued with me and my children even though we moved to Waukesha then Elkhorn almost 20 years ago. .

I have been coming to Dr. Jeff Rumely since 1993 and still coming to him to this day! All 3 of my kids are coming here as well. I highly recommend this office to anyone that is looking for someone to do there Dental work that has a Great Staff I will recommend these guys!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK FROM THE JENNETTE FAMILY.
