1The staff did not listen when I told them I did not have insurance and that I would be cash pay. I told them on the phone when I scheduled the appt that I did not have insurance and I told them again in the office when they tried sending me on my way without paying that I was cash pay. I paid the full price for my cleaning and they still billed the insurance that I do NOT have. After calling and telling them, they claimed that I had not paid. Not thrilled about their lack of urgency to fix this.
