Dr. William Turnbow and his entire team do excellent work. If you don't have a family dentist, I highly recommend this family dentistry. I have had a lot of work done here, and have no complaints. The hygienists are great, the office personnel are friendly and remember who you are every visit..
Dr William Turbow is an excellant dentist. They do not push for expensive full teeth x-rays. I got one over ten years ago and they still compare it to present day individual x-rays. Communicates well with patients and will suggest another specialist if it's in the patients best interest. The staff is very friendly and work well together. They greet you by name when you walk in. The only problems I have encountered is with accounts payable, otherwise their dentistry office is very good..
The staff did not listen when I told them I did not have insurance and that I would be cash pay. I told them on the phone when I scheduled the appt that I did not have insurance and I told them again in the office when they tried sending me on my way without paying that I was cash pay. I paid the full price for my cleaning and they still billed the insurance that I do NOT have. After calling and telling them, they claimed that I had not paid. Not thrilled about their lack of urgency to fix this..

I had many traumatic experiences as a child at the dentist. Dr. Heath is so caring and gentle with his care. His staff is very professional and kind. Dr. Heath's office is the best dental care I've ever had!.
