The Hygienist was the only pleasant thing about this place. She was great with my 4 year old son and he seemed to love her. He was calm, happy and cooperative. The receptionist was cold, unwelcoming and almost seemed annoyed she had to deal with us. We were new to this clinic and had to fill out the typical paperwork. The dentist was quick to refer my son to a pediatric dentist because he needs a little work. That is fine, but then when I went to check out the receptionist informed me Dr. Lee would just rather we take my son to the pediatric dentist for everything in the future. She didn't want him to return for cleanings. That would seem normal if this dentist did not see kids. However, her office has a good play area and the exam area has childrens decorations. Not to mention, I saw 4 kids come and go while we were there. The dentist didn't listen to any of my concerns about my son or our insurance. We have new coverage through Delta Dental. We were referred to this office because they were in network. There don't seem to be a ton that are. The dentist just did the whole, "oh ya, uh hu" and nod thing while I talked. I got the impression she would rather be anywhere but there. Anyhow, I left frustrated and annoyed. I wish they would have told me they didn't want to see my son on the phone when I made the appt. They completely wasted my time today. I had planned on making appointments for my husband and myself today as well. I decided to take my business elsewhere.
