Do you love to visit the dentist? Do you hate visiting the dentist? Either way, Dr. Michaud is awesome! Me: I am in the latter group. I would travel anywhere to see Dr. Michaud for dental care. He checks in often during a procedure to make sure that I am not uncomfortable. He listens to me and explains what he prefers to do. Frequently there are choices and after he explains the choices, he asks me what I want to do. His office staff are welcoming. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Michaud..

The Dentist my husband had was more rough than he’d appreciate (like no remorse), especially being that he was in excruciating pain (with an exposed nerve) and a swollen mouth. My husband did appreciate the honesty. Overall experience from the scheduler on the phone to the woman at the front desk was Great. We’ll see how it goes moving forward, he has a lot of dental work to get done (which means a lot of money for them) so you’d think the dentist would be some kind of nicer. But it is what it is. I’m not trying to sound like a cry baby about bedside manners BUT he hasn’t been to the dentist since his childhood because of trauma. It would just be nice for that to be recognized..
