5Stay away. Their receptionist is unbelievably rude. She billed me $50.00 for missed appointment. When I called her to discuss it, she laughed so hard as if she's happy that she can punish me. You don't wanna laugh at your customer if he calls you to discuss the bill. Of course, I know I should've remembered my appointment--although my calendar app had glitches. However, they didn't call/text/email me to remind me at all. When I asked the receptionist about that, she kept claiming that she did her part and that I should pay her $50.00. Because she didn't seem to understand, I told her my family and I are not coming back, and I can't recommend her office to my friends. Then she said, "Are you threatening me? What is your address? You signed on the paper!" Well.. I felt like I was talking to someone who belittles me so much. By all means stay away.
