Dr. Joel is the only dentist my children will sit for. He has the paitence of an preschool teacher. Very caring and kind. I have been to 4 different dentist's in the Baltimore area until I found Dr. Danzinger. I have been going to him for 4 years now and am very satisfied. Once, my daughter cut herself inside of her mouth. Dr. Joel gave told me to take a picture with my phone and send it to him. Thank G-d he looked at the picture and said she was fine. As they say, "a real mentch"..
Was advised to get a crown for a lower tooth ... I didn't even know there was decay for it. Asked his staff to obtain a predetermination from my dental insurer so I'd know if the cost would be less for me ore not. Waited for weeks ... heard nothing. Contacted my dental insurer, who never received anything. The dental office has claimed they need to go to my primary health provider, first. I contacted them, too, and nothing was submitted. Very unprofessional dental staff, in contrast to the hygienists..
My new dentist ... very compassionate, communicative, explains things well and addresses any issues in a timely manner ... great job on my replacement crown with his assistant having similar characteristics..

It's 5 stars all the way. I'm pretty fussy about my medical & dental services and this practice was a find. Dr. Brett did a root canal on me and it took less than 1 hour. They do it at this office. Orthodontics, Pediatric Dentist, General and Cosmetic dentistry. Look no further! The front desk are awesome, very friendly and accommodating. I recommended my cousin as she was looking for an orthodontist. She had her braces put on by Dr. Ty in the office and she says he is fantastic..
My experience in this office was fantastic from beginning to end. I have 2 kids and they both need a pediatric dentist and orthodontist - this office has it all under 1 roof! The staff are kind, friendly and accommodating. Dr. Brett did a root canal on me and it was over in less than an hour! I originally found the office on superpages.com and followed the link to their website. They have a new patient coupon at the top of their web page and if you sign up you can get x-rays and a treatment plan for next to nothing. I guess they just want to get you in the door to show you how great the office is....well it worked!!! I have my kids scheduled with their orthodontist, Dr. Ty Saini, for a consultation for braces. My kids just had their teeth cleaned by the hygienist, Sabrina, who had them mesmerized with her cool toys and stuff. They keep asking when they can come back to see Miss Sabrina. Truly a noteworthy experience and my new dental home for life. 5 stars all the way..
