Went to have my tooth examined. Turned out I needed a root canal. Dr. Benedict wanted to first perform the operation, and then bill me later. A root canal is a $1400 operation. I was never informed of the price before they were preparing to perform - I had to stop them from injecting me with Novocaine, as they were preparing to perform the operation without informing me or having me sign a consent form. Unethical, scummy, and highway robbery are all terms that come to mind with Dr. Benedict.
