Dr. B. wants to extort money from his patients with his imprudent practice. His action plans are too aggressive for problems that are minor. For a tiny piece of cuspid that has fallen off of a molar, his quick decision is to put a new crown rather than a simple filling even though the tooth is healthy with plenty of the enamel wall to protect it. He wants to fill in immediately teeth that have small notches due to gum recession even if there is no sensitivity or discomfort on the patient's part..
Very warm hospitality/helpfulness on tha part of the staff. Outstanding experienced quality care from the physicians. No wonder they are so highly recommended by their patients. No need to advertise when a staff are so highly skilled & patient-centered..
Knows so much about everything! So well educated and conveys to patient in easy to understand methods. Strives to be the best! Staff also knowledgeable and very helpful from understanding procedures to billing. One stop for all you needs. Best because crowns made on location and fitted immediately. Have referred family and friends as they are also impressed..
This dental experience was the worst I've ever had. They didn't verify my insurance before I left and ended up billing the wrong insurance provider. When I left the office they told me that I didn't owe anything however a week later I got a large bill in the mail (when I didn't even have any dental work done... all I had was a cleaning!!) So I call and tell them they didn't bill the correct insurance company could they bill ___ this is who my insurance is through. They do this and then send me 2 other bills in the mail. Nothing was itemized out it was just one lump sum, here you go, this is what you owe. So I call and complained and no one ever returned my phone call. So I call again explain the situation and that I was never called back. The lady was apologetic but stood by the last bill being correct. She offered no form of remuneration or a "we'll do better next time." In fact she was very sarcastic and said "we wouldn't be in the dental business if we had to project bills for people.. that's called an insurance company." Now I don't know about anyone else out there, but I like a little warning when I'm going to be receiving a large dental bill. In this economy a heads up would be nice, especially, like I said before, I NEVER got any dental work done, it was strictly a cleaning. Also, as an aside, I had to wait an hour past my appointment time just to go back and see the hygienist. This experience was far from pleasant..
I had dentistry done at this office under general anesthesia, my experience was the best I have ever had. The Dr. and his staff are wonderful, would recommend all my friends and family to go to this office..
