deceitful billing practices - after a pre-authorization, was told my portion of a bone graft was $1000; after the procedure I was told I owed an additional $1623 for pins and bone cadaver. How was that not covered in the initial pre-authorization of services!?? WHAT IS THE POINT OF A PRE-AUTHORIZATION IF THE CAN COME BACK AND CHARGE WHATEVER ELSE THEY WANT!?

Can\'t say enough good things about Dr. Begley. His gentle touch, calm demeanor, and thorough explanations were much appreciated when I was referred to him to address my horrible toothache. But best of all, a few weeks later he stayed late to treat my husband when he had an abscessed tooth the week before he was scheduled for a long awaited knee replacement. It took months to get the knee appointment and Dr. B truly bailed us out. He is a prince. Now I know why my dentist thinks the world of him

Thanks to their knucklehead staff, I cannot comment on the quality of the dental work. I was in the area and in need of a minor procedure while traveling....

Dr Lantzy was kind and attentive and very thorough.
