Milgard Family Dental

I had to take my son to her because he had to be sedated. We was told that we only had to pay a certain payment. I verified 2x before I made that payment up front and again the day I went in to make the payment that this was all we had to pay. We was told yes this is it. After the procedure was done we got a bill for over $600. I was pretty upset but after talking to them they agreed to let us make small payments to pay it off. After a few months of making payments we got our next bill that had a big pink sticker on it that said \"FINAL NOTICE\" with a note that said \"Pay in full or be turned into collections\". Never got any other notice or was told prior to pay in full. She wasn\'t a nice person anyway but made sure I never went back to her after that. This was over 5 years ago. I only putting review in now because I didn\'t know we could put reviews in anywhere. Hopefully she has changed since then.

I was so pleased with the care that I received from Dr. Bass today. She was required to repair two cavities that had been poorly filled by another dentist on my two front teeth and had subsequently failed. Her quality of work is outstanding and her attention to detail is impeccable. She has a wonderful bedside manner and was a joy to be around. Thank you Dr. Bass!!!! - Maiya

Dr. Kwee is rude and unprofessional. She makes her patients feel stupid and speaking down to them during consultation and procedures. Quick to tell you how dumb you are for anything she doesn't agree with. She acts as if she is on a time race and her patients feelings/needs do not matter when your time is up. What a joke of a dentist. Avoid her if you can. Terrible.
