Horrible Customer Service! The dentist, Dr. Meiser is rude and nasty to his employees and feels he can speak to his patients(customers) the same way. The first time I went he was very rude to his employees and speaking to them as if they were beneath him. I just thought maybe he was having a very bad day or he was overwhelmed. Wow! Was I WRONG! That is HIM! My first appointment there just like others stated they turn your regular check up into x-rays and additional services that you must get done now. I arrived early to my follow up appointment to look to make sure all good. Should be in and out so I bring my 2 year old. My son is just looking out the window who is also a patient. The doctor says 1. he can\'t be running around he needs to be in the chair. 2. If its a problem you need to get a babysitter. No services were being rendered! I hate to do this to a small business. However, if you have kids or demand and anticipate respect from others. DO NOT GO TO LIGHTHOUSE FAMILY DENTISTRY.
