6Horrible Customer Service! The dentist, Dr. Meiser is rude and nasty to his employees and feels he can speak to his patients(customers) the same way. The first time I went he was very rude to his employees and speaking to them as if they were beneath him. I just thought maybe he was having a very bad day or he was overwhelmed. Wow! Was I WRONG! That is HIM! My first appointment there just like others stated they turn your regular check up into x-rays and additional services that you must get done now. I arrived early to my follow up appointment to look to make sure all good. Should be in and out so I bring my 2 year old. My son is just looking out the window who is also a patient. The doctor says 1. he can\'t be running around he needs to be in the chair. 2. If its a problem you need to get a babysitter. No services were being rendered! I hate to do this to a small business. However, if you have kids or demand and anticipate respect from others. DO NOT GO TO LIGHTHOUSE FAMILY DENTISTRY.

1Kind, caring professional. As part of a group practice, she was able to refer me to a gum care specialist right in their office. She and the dental group\'s endodontist cared for my brother whose implants failed due to bone loss. He got beautiful new dentures. Dr. London explained the care plan and was always willing to answer our questions. She\'s great!
