She is flat out incompetent. The epitome of why you have to sign a malpractice waiver. I went in to see her in 2008 and it was years before I could chew normal again and that was only after I had another dentist fix the issues that she caused. I'm not sure where to begin as I unfortunately do not know the technical terms when it comes to dentistry. What I do know is this, I went in to see her for a cleaning and exam. My teeth did NOT bother me when I went in. She recommended that we fix my old fillings. while she was "fixing" a filling she didn't numb me up properly and it hurt while she did the work. She actually became annoyed with me that I was the one in pain. I asked her if maybe she didn't hit the right nerve with the novicane or something and she dismissed it as "I gave you two shots already." She didn't do the job properly and the right side of my mouth hurt for months after that, and that wasn't while I was eating that just became the norm. And I couldn't even think of chewing on that side of the mouth for years. I went to a real dentist two years ago, he fixed her mistake and my teeth are now fine. As far as her staff, they checked my insurance in advance. Then after the appointment I ended up having to pay several hundred dollars out of pocket. Then I get a bill for about $400 more as the Dr. made a mistake in the billing. I spoke with the insurance company who told me I didn't have to pay anything but she insisted that I pay the money.
