AVOID DR. HARITHA TIRUPATHI OF GREAT AMERICAN DENTAL!!!! She has offices in San Ramon and Castro Valley My son went to her for a cleaning and she recommended that two filings be replaced. He went back and she replaced the filings. Immediately afterwards, my son was in great pain. It seems she cracked his tooth and it resulted in a root canal and crown. My son approached her about this asking for his money back and to be reimbursed for the out of pocket expenses for the root canal and crown. She gave him the run around and finally said she had turn this over to her "claims department". The total cost out of pocket to my son is $2,200.00. She got $550.00 for the filings and caused another $2200.00 in damages. This dentist is known for doing unnecessary procedures so that she can get more money. She causes pain and suffering in her patients and then asts like she didn't do anything wrong. I read a review that said she did a similiar thing to a 6 six old and it resulted in th.
AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE My son went in to have two filings refilled and now has to have two root canals because she does not know what she is doing. She recommended that two filings be replaced. He had her replace them and his teeth started to hurt. He went to another dentist and was told he did not need to have the filings redone and that she cracked his tooth. Now he gets to pay for a root canal and crown. The last time my son went to see her, her 13 year old daughter was playing receptionist. Maybe she should learn to be a dentist. I was going to her and now have cancelled my appointments and my husband will do the same..
Excellent dentist. We have going to his office for over 20 years and he’s always done marvelous sosmetic work as well as routine cavities! Highly recommended!.

Dr. Carnice is a wonderful dentist to work with. Her staff is courteous and knowledgeable and have the patient's health in mind while being treated. She works with most insurance companies and although is not dirt cheap, her cost is reasonable..
