Nice guy, but there is no excuse for a dentist not to do due diligence and look at x-rays taken periodically during regular cleanings to detect decay before it progresses to a degree that a tooth is not salvageable, or to take standard-care action to preserve a tooth, or to take a reasonable amount of time to investigate a problem before passing a patient off to a specialist. Quality and intensity of care has eroded since Wesley Hiltbrand\'s retirement. Nice staff. High turnover in hygienists.

Dr. Fletcher is very caring, careful, and diligent. Her staff is amazing. Having been a patient of hers - and likewise for my entire family of six - for about a decade now, I highly recommend her and her practice.
