How Patients Feel
POSITIVEPatient Reviews
6It is common practice of a medical office to notify the patient prior to treatment if insurance is not accepted. This did not occur in my situation. I was told after my daughter's treatment that I had to pay $250 for treatment because they no longer accepted my insurance. I paid like a fool. After being ignored by the office, I contacted my credit card company for assistance and they were sent a letter by Galeano saying that I was told prior to treatment but she is either lying or is misinformed
