I made an appointment to see a particular dentist for myself and wife member as new patients. Both family members were scheduled with the wrong dentist. The office and staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful. The hygienist was exceptional, a young woman. My wife was made to wait 45 minutes in the chair for the dentist to attend to her. When the hygienist was finished doing her job with me I had to wait 20 minutes for the dentist..
I found out I needed work done on one of my back tooth. I had done work before so, I never expected this one tooth to become a problem. My initial visit was painful and took forever. I had to stop her in the middle because the pain was unbearable. While I was getting my procedure done I remember her talking about her weekend to the other lady who was assisting.
