20We just moved to Cincinnati, and learned how hard it is to get an appointment with a good dental practice. Our daughter and son-in-law recommended Dr. Johnson, and I am so glad they did. Since this is our 11th move over the years, we have a lot of experience with Dentists across the nation. Dr. Johnson and his team are professional, friendly, candid and helpful. We continue to recommend them to others.

5I have received excellent dental care from this office. Unfortunately I have been the victim of unfair billing practices as well. I was given an estimate for dental work by Dr. Roby\'s office, I scheduled the work, had it done (well done with no changes to the original care plan), and paid the estimate. Two weeks later I received a bill for double the amount that I had already paid. The office explained that this was because the insurance company did not pay this portion so now I was responsible. The work ended up costing three times the original estimate. I was not made aware that this was possible even though I am sure I did sign something that said so. This is unfair billing and though Dr. Roby\'s office will blame my insurance company, they are the ones who gave me the estimate. Unfortunately even though I have received excellent dental care, I will not be able to continue as their patient since this is my only power in the situation
