Park Dental Roseville

Very impressed with Dr. Rakos and his staff. After a normal cleaning apt and just recently a filing replaced, I\'m very happy my wife and I selected Dr. Rakos. His entire staff is friendly and professional. I\'m more than happy to recommend his practice for anyone in the local area. He gets a 5 star rating from me.

Dental issue not resolved and already harassed by billing department. 1st bill dated 12/16/20 with hand written note followed by second bill with same hand written note less than 3 weeks later. Sorry, I was out of town for the holidays.

Best dentist , worst office staff. Trying to get my dental records for the past 90 days and got no where, finally contacted Civil rights complain department, and filed official complain. Also notified both of my insurance companies to follow with the office.

He has retired.

Dr litzenberg performed a simple filling on my dad and it fell out the next day. He repaired it and it fell out AGAIN. The only solution park dental offered was to have him fix it a third time and claimed there was no manager and refused to have a more experienced dentist do the filling. No thanks! This dentist is straight out of dental school and isn’t qualified to perform procedures on anyone and park dental offered no solution. Save yourself the pain and suffering and go somewhere else...
