3knowledgable and friendly service. My issue is that they stated that they will not help the patient figure out what is covered by insurance and what is not. They say it is because they want to do whats best for the patient. As someone who has a lower income with middle of the road dental insurance, this just means they will not take the time to factor in what is covered and what is not. End of the day, they would not take the time to make sure certain procedures were covered, and I ended up with a substantial bill that I did not anticipate.
