Terrible experience. Dr. Payne just cares about making money off you & she’s rude. Doesn’t explain procedures & taking advantage of you. Was told I had a cavity and trusted her to fill it even though I’d never had one before. She explained nothing, drilled excessively when I was originally told it was a small cavity. Half way through informed me that they fill cavities in teams. Let someone else come in and work on it. Missed a sealant step. That lady said that I had “quite the large cavity”. My tooth that never hurt, I was in pain for MONTHS & couldn’t eat on the side. I’ve never had tooth pain ever before that trip. Was able to go to my regular dentist and he looked at my X-rays that I had sent over & said their was no sign of cavity’s or a “dark mass” that doctor pain originally said was in one of my xrays. Straight up sketchy people. Will take advantage of you, be rude to you, & then try to over charge you. Stay away no matter what any of the “good reviews” say.
