Just a really frustrating experience. I'm glad I walked out before anything was done to my teeth. After driving for over an hour to see this doctor, missing work, and spending too much time filling in their super inefficient health forms...I left feeling totally confused and angry. When I walked in there was man at the counter trying to get assisted by the doctor who was just staring at him with a confused look on her face. She then started looking at me, with the strangest look of confusion on her face. I figured out that she was the doctor despite her lack of any kind of acceptable introduction. The nice receptionist then returned and let me know that despite all of our contact, now she knew that my insurance wasn't covered. On top of that, they would need thousands of dollars worth of x-rays, despite the fact that I recently got some. I'm almost glad it didn't work out because I can only imagine the future horrors of actually being a patient here in the twilight zone. I wish I had read a review first!
