Dr. Higgins, Dr. Iseman and all of the other personnel within the office are top-notch professionals with talent as well as excellent people skills. I have been a patient of Dr. Higgins\' for ten years and he has taken me from very poor dental health to excellent dental health. I am very indebted to the entire office.

My wait time was efficient for a Saturday appt. This and the back office staff were very helpful is where the stars go. However, the front office staff is not efficient. I was told that I would be contacted on Monday for follow-up. No follow up for a week and when I called I was told to send my information over again which makes me think my personal information was not handled properly. I have reported this to my health insurance so they can review this office for reconsideration under my health plan. I have decided to look for another pediatric orthodontist for follow-up care.

Dr. Westmoreland came highly recommended. The office staff was very friendly and caring with detail given to my initial office visit. Dr. Westmoreland addressed my needs and a detailed planned was recommended. Professional and friendly is what I received so I too will gladly recommend this doctor.
