The hygienists in the office donquality work. However, Dr Zhu comes in and tries to drum up work by overreacting to small problems. My husband has gotten 6 fillings from her and 5 have fallen out within a year or two. I think she uses shortcuts to get work done and it is substandard care..
I found Dr. Zhu over four years ago. She is thorough, effcient and always willing to work with my schedule. She is the only dentist I have referred family and friends to. She takes time to explain what is going on and always prioritized patient’s needs. Dr. Zhu is very thorough in her work. Lastly, always on time..
I went years ago and I am happy to see Dr. Gough still doing his thing and being the Best Orthodontist around. He probably has done everyone around the surrounding areas he works in. He is Super Nice and Super Cool. They worked with me on a dental plan to get braces and the whole time was a pleasant experience. I couldn’t ask for a better Dr. hands down!.
I haven't been to the dentist in a long time (and I was very embarrassed about it). Dr. Khan made me feel comfortable in a dental office, which was a first for me. She did not judge me at all and was ready to help me get back on track, one visit at a time. She even came out to the front office to help me book a tooth extraction. The office personal were kind and helpful when signing in and booking future appointments. They also printed out an estimate for my procedure so I could know the break down and exactly what I would owe. Would definitely recommend!.
The staff at Great Hill Dental really put my mind at ease. The environment was clean, friendly, and comforting. Kayla (the hygienist) and Dr. Khan were amazing! They were both super thorough when it came to their exam and answering my questions. They were also very friendly and made great conversation. There was also no judgment and they made great recommendations rather than pressuring me to change my lifestyle..
I can eat whatever I want now, thanks to my new dental implants. I'll always be grateful..
