Dr. Andrew Ross was very professional, welcoming, and thorough! During the exam he explained all findings and made recommendations based on objective (X-ray) findings and clinical presentation (absence/presence of discomfort etc.) instead of only looking at one or the other. He answered all of our questions and we left feeling informed about our care plan and feeling like the procedures he recommended were indeed warranted. I would definitely recommend him to others!
