Miserable. After four operations for a dental implant, after three days, a significant infection developed and the implant fell out. The cost of a specialist lawyer and court appearances would likely cost more than I would gain in recompense. The experience with Collier Dentistry was a total loss..
If you ever decide to choose this Densist I would not take their WORD when they tell you they accept their insurance. My daughter had a emergency dental visit & they told me when I called they accepted our insurance. So while we were there we decided to make a appt for my daughter to have her teeth cleaned . ONLY because they SAID they accepted our insurance (appt would be several weeks later). Well AFTER my daughter's teeth cleaning they then decided to tell us they DID NOT ... See More accept our insurance & we owed them full price. (They would have know that we were not covered from first appt after two weeks)Which our insurance COVERS teeth cleaning 100% so needless to say I was very upset. Well as of Today we are at our regular Densist & he says my daughter has a VERY BAD CAVITY (almost needs a crown) So I am again upset because they should have seen this when she was there in September. I hope if you ever decided to use this practice you double check them paccepting your insurance before you go to the appt..
Hands down, this is the best dental office I have ever been to. EVERYONE is so kind, right down to the receptionists! Dr. Romero is AMAZING! She genuinely seemed sympathetic about the pain I was having following an extraction I received on their free dental day! She treated my dry socket and helped alleviate my pain and didn't charge me a dime. If you are looking for a dentist please choose Lee Dentistry! I had carried my little sister a51 year old cerebral palsy patient who can not walk, talk, feed herself etc herself. So she had to be put to sleep to do anything at all even xray her teeth. He had to pull all her teeth that day. She had the most awesome recovery hardly any pain what so ever only got her pain meds 3 times. She has not had to change her eating habits at all just no straw for 9 days. So in my opinion we could not have ask for a better dentist overall..
