Simply the worst, I have never had a DDS telling me that they only will treat emergencies! I am sorry that you have been allowed to practice discrimination. I visited Dr. ALBA SANTOS IN May 2023 she said that her staff will get an authorization from my insurance and would call me back to receive treatment. In June I called, the office, I was told they forgot to send the authorization!!! I called my insurance company in July 23 and told me that the authorization for treatment was approved early July. I called DDS Alba Santos office to let them know why the have not called me to schedule? I didn't acknowledge that they have approval, when It was a lie... deception and incompetent DDS Santos and staff was confronted on August 2nd, they said they only will treat emergency and root canal patients, another lie. I was not given my records when it was requested was told we will call you indefinitely??? No time was given... I am reporting this DDS and their practice to the board of Dentistry. PLEASE DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME with this office and Doctor, unless you want to be disappointed!!!
